We’re Using Feedback to Ignite Improvement

Around The KC Standard headquarters, we’re serious about continually improving our business model. We take the feedback we receive and turn it into meaningful changes to our methods and work culture. We’re happy to highlight a few recent developments that have our team members more inspired than ever before.

First and foremost, we have added full benefits for our brand experts. Our firm’s President explained that this means health, dental, vision, and short-term disability benefits are available at some of the lowest prices on the market. We’ve also added some impressive paid travel incentives that will help our people advance their development. Along with our competitive bonus and commission structures, these trips bring out the best in our team members.

We’re also seeing the most growth in the history of The KC Standard thanks to our knack for properly applying feedback. We just opened offices in North Carolina and Florida and will be opening another one in NC in June. Our President noted that we will have promoted six offices in six months when the second NC location is up and running.

There are a few main values that guide our ongoing success. Our President stated that being honest at all times is at the top of the list. She also explained that we win together and treat everyone like a business partner. Always giving our best effort and staying positive are two more of the principles we live by every day.
