Highlighting Three of Our Top-Flight Leaders

It’s always a good time to put top performers in the spotlight, so why not learn about some of our outstanding The KC Standard leaders? We’re recognizing Kimberly, Dom, and Kyal for their hard work and the examples they provide for their teammates day in and day out.

Kimberly studied marketing and PR at Ashford University before joining The KC Standard. Since coming on board, she explained that she has developed a winning attitude, a positive outlook, and strong time management skills. In the short term, Kimberly wants to become a market manager in the next six months. For longer-range goals, she plans to become a national consultant, develop more market managers, and invest in other creative entrepreneurial ventures. With all her success, Kimberly considers being a working mom her biggest accomplishment.

Dom, who was born in the Netherlands, earned a B.S. in Cellular Biology from the University of Kansas and was even accepted into veterinary school. Even though he chose not to attend, Dom still considers this one of his greatest achievements. He’s looking forward to graduating the MIT program in the next six months, and to become an influential figure in our industry over the long haul. Dom would like to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors in the animal healthcare field as well. He noted that he has gained confidence in his public speaking and interpersonal skills since joining our team, which sets him up for even bigger things in the future.

Kyal came to us from the University of Iowa, and has enjoyed being able to help so many people from different backgrounds since coming on board. She hopes to become a market manager in the next six months, and then build on that achievement with several outside deals. Kyal is also committed to helping abused and neglected children as much as possible. She believes her communication skills have gotten the biggest boost during her time here, which contributed to her being chosen for the R&R retreat to Las Vegas. Kyal, who once did a fire walk on 1,000-degree coals, views attending the retreat as her biggest accomplishment.

These three go-getters are killing it in our office. Follow The KC Standard on Twitter for updates on their success.
